Position Summary:
The Technical Recruiter supports technical recruitment across all Business Units and works directly with multiple business and Human Resource leaders to drive recruitment strategies and fill open positions. The Technical Recruiter will manage the identification and selection of talent from internal and external candidate pools and will manage the overall full life cycle recruiting process, including external vendor management contracts for all Reyes Family of Businesses.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Manage the sourcing, screening, and recruitment of IT, Security, and Data Engineering professionals across all BU’s, to fulfill current and future staffing requirements
- Employ a proactive, data-driven approach to recruitment, ensuring attention to detail and delivering positive experiences for stakeholders and candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure a clear understanding of position requirements, and alignment with the recruitment process.
- Assess candidate's technical skills to determine suitability for specific roles and drive data-informed decisions throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to tackle challenges such as sourcing hurdles or candidate objections
- Stay ahead of industry trends by actively researching emerging Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies and best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the TA function, refining processes and identifying opportunities to enhance the recruitment lifecycle
- Uphold ethical standards and integrity within the nuanced recruitment activities across all Reyes Family of Businesses
- Support other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in IT (e.g. Security and Data Engineering) or High School Diploma with 8+ years of above listed experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates, and drive effective and efficient operations
- Strong relationship management, influential skills, and demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer-service orientation, and desire to deliver end to end solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- PHR, SHRM, or HR/TA related Certification
- Experience in corporate and staffing/agency recruitment environments
- Experience with applicant tracking system iCIMS
