We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at managing timelines and ensuring alignment across various project trackers. You will be the key player in validating that all project details match across internal trackers, client trackers, and daily hot sheets shared with teams. Your critical thinking skills and innate organizational abilities will be essential in navigating the fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrub project timelines daily to ensure consistency and accuracy across all tracking platforms.
  • Proactively communicate with account leads and team members to clarify any discrepancies or unclear information.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline project workflows and enhance communication.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project statuses and updates.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving project details and requirements, demonstrating resilience under tight deadlines.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to overall project success.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., hospitality) is a plus, demonstrating the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.00- $49.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
