As a Benefits Administrator you’ll play an important part in helping ensure Wespath benefit plan participants, or their beneficiaries, receive the help they need during a difficult time in their lives. You’ll work with your other members of the Survivor and Disability Benefits team, as well as other employees in our Customer Service department or in other areas of Wespath to ensure these customers receive their benefits from our self-insured benefit plans when they need them most. We believe a person who will excel in this role brings: Benefit Administrator Compensation and Benefits: The compensation range for this position is $71,000 - $79,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicant’s qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown. Benefits include: Join our Customer Service department – and, if you like, teams such as our DEI Council or Green Team on environmental sustainability and make an impact through your work! #LI-Hybrid Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. · Has a passion for serving customers. · Professional writing skills. Is able to prepare a business letter or email with appropriate punctuation and clarity. · Able to perform basic math functions for calculation of premiums, billing reconciliation, audits and resolution of contributions/distributions. · Ability to understand and interpret multiple plans documents, policies, procedures, legal requirements, and retirement plan concepts.
