In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in the execution and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives for one or more products, programs or business lines within marketing production
Contribute to creating digital content for more advanced initiatives that facilitate customer engagement related to marketing and communications deliverables
Review and identify moderately complex opportunities to increase customer engagement, return on investment, operational excellence, audience targeting, researching data, continually improving campaigns or programs through optimization, maintenance and performance updates to stakeholders
Review and ensure campaigns or programs meet objectives and align with brand and corporate technology standards
Lead team to meet Marketing Production deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of legal and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with cross functional groups, key vendors and marketing team
Ensure review and retention of process milestones and approvals from Legal, compliance and business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong collaboration and partnering skills with all levels of the organization
Relationship management skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships with business partners
Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment that values results
3+ years of campaign execution
Experience with supporting test content needs
3 + years of digital content execution experience across multiple content management platforms
