Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time 2nd shift Fleet Shop Manager to oversee our Martin Brower fleet shop in Stockton, CA with experience in both fleet operations and hands on trailer/tractor experience.
Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:00PM l Sunday - Thursday
Pay: $100,000-$120,000 annually (Based on experience and qualifications) + Potential annual Bonus

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet maintenance operations, including repair quality, parts inventory control, budgeting, transactional data quality, and compliance with company, state, and federal standards, including DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Provide operational leadership to meet service, financial, and operational goals, continuously introducing best practices for operational excellence.
- Utilize AssetWorks to manage and track fleet assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping, maintenance scheduling, and data analysis to improve asset performance and lifespan.
- Utilize and report on key performance metrics (KPI’s) through PowerBI dashboards, identify and provide data-driven insights to monitor facility performance and trends, and make informed decisions to optimize fleet operations and reduce expenses.
- Manage the fleet maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations by monitoring expenses, analyzing financial metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance spending efficiency and reduce overall costs.
- Leverage extensive maintenance experience to oversee and guide all repair and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across the fleet.
- Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality parts and services and maintain strong relationships to support fleet maintenance and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs and maintenance systems, while driving continuous improvement in safety, operations, and maintenance practices.
- Lead, develop, and recruit a high-performing team of in-house technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving fleet maintenance related issues, emergencies and vendor (OEM) relations.
- Occasional travel required.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience
Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles
