Location: Detroit, MI - Hybrid schedule
Duration: 12+ Months Contract to hire option for the right candidate.


Role Type: W2 contract engagement

Job Description:


The Project Analyst will serve as a key liaison between trading partners, third-party providers, and internal departments, focusing on managing and resolving data exchange issues and facilitating the onboarding of new trading partners. The role also involves documenting changes, issues, or delays and ensuring transparent communication with business units and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

    * Liaison and Issue Resolution:

    * Act as a liaison between trading partners, third-party providers, and internal teams to manage and resolve issues related to data exchange.
    * Facilitate onboarding activities for new trading partners, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company standards.
    * Communication and Documentation:

    * Document and communicate all relevant changes, issues, and delays to the business and other stakeholders.
    * Maintain clear and comprehensive records to ensure effective communication between internal and external parties.
    * Relationship Coordination:

    * Coordinate with departments such as Sourcing, Contracting, Legal, Provider Relations, Information Protection, and Operations.
    * Improve organizational third-party management capabilities and promote consistent vendor management practices across the company.

Key Skills and Qualifications:


* Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with trading partners, third-party providers, and internal teams.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve data exchange or trading partner-related issues.
* Documentation and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in documenting changes, managing records, and communicating updates.
* Coordination and Collaboration: Ability to work across multiple departments to align third-party management processes and promote consistent practices.
* Vendor Management: Understanding of third-party management and vendor onboarding practices, including relationship building and issue resolution.

This position requires someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with external partners to ensure seamless project execution and efficient onboarding processes.
