Job Description:
Are you looking for some extra money or a part-time job opportunity? If so, Schreiber Foods has a part-time job opportunity earning $23.67/hour starting and after 60 days with the certification pay earning $25.37/hour. After four months of employment an additional shift differential pay is available. In addition, this role is eligible for 401(k) day one of employment. The part-time job opportunity is working at our plant in Green Bay, WI and working up to an average of 32 hours/week. We are looking for partners that can work four days per week from 10pm-6am. Must be able to work Friday or Saturday each week.
Job Duties
- Operate food wrapping equipment
- Perform clean-up duties
- Complete food production records
- Operate computer/production screens
- Adhere to food safety and partner safety policies and practices
- Work both individually and as a team member
Job Requirements
- Computer literacy
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Stable work history
- Ability to train on any shift
- Mechanical aptitude to operate equipment
Schedule/Shifts
- This is a part-time opportunity working up to an average of 32 hours/week and can work for at least 1 year.
- Pay is $23.67/hour and after 60 days with certification pay is $25.37/hour
- Note, this position is not eligible for the full-time status benefit package. This supplemental/part-time just is eligible for 401(k) benefits.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 51 pounds
- Ability to tolerate hot and wet conditions during clean up
- Ability to stand for 8 plus hours/day
