What You Will Get To Do:
- Act as primary point of client contact to coordinate resolution of servicing issues.
- Lead internal business line service team members in providing support to all registered fund services clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed timely and accurately.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and operating model.
- Provide key individuals at assigned clients information related to SS&C products and services representing a broad array of lines of business and geographies and leverages an in-depth understanding of broader SS&C services and offerings.
- Uses knowledge of client services best practices and SS&C Registered Fund Services client needs to focus on continuous service improvements across all products and services
- Uses developed communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 10+ years of experience in financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Registered Fund Services support functions (Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agent, Medallion Distribution)
- Alternative Assets experience, Tax and Legal Administration and/or MBA are pluses
- Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish responsibilities in a high-pressure, high-workload environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- High level of comfort preparing and leading client presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
