Purpose Statement
Rich Products is currently looking for a Microbiology Intern for May - August, to work in our state-of-the-art lab in Buffalo, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on, practical experience with shelf-life studies and microbiology analysis for a wide variety of our products.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Conduct shelf study analysis and routine microbiological analysis.
* Conduct technical study on method verification and validation.
* Assist on other technical or special RIC project as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Microbiology/Biology/Food Science based education is preferred, Science/Math/Technology/Engineering (STEM) related major is required.
* Microbiology laboratory testing practice and experience preferred.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office software suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.
* Technical research for device development and project task assignments.
* Proficient in oral and written communications including with technical subjects and graphical charts.
* Attention to detail during work, demonstrate data analytical skills.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$17.00-$23.00
