Would you love to be part of a team dedicated to providing cost-free, top-notch health care to students from disadvantaged backgrounds with state-of-the art resources? Consider Milton Hershey School! Milton Hershey School (MHS) is one of the world’s best pre-K through 12th grade private schools, where qualifying students live on campus and receive a top-notch education, health care (which includes comprehensive medical, dental, and psychological care), and more—with all costs covered. Thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey back in 1909, the school is fully endowed and is growing to serve more students! As a result of this growth, we anticipate future hiring and are accepting applications from health care professionals.
MHS health care facilities include a 40-bed infirmary and three satellite school nurse offices in each school building, so students have immediate access to high-quality health and wellness care. When students have specialized health care needs, MHS provides the students with transportation to and from their off-campus medical appointments. Schoolwide initiatives related to wellness ensure that a holistic and healthy approach to student development is embraced throughout the students’ MHS experience. MHS’s health care team are dedicated to excellence and collaboration to ensure student health and success. In addition to providing students with access to health care that they may not have otherwise, MHS offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits for full-time employees, and free lunches for staff.
