The objective of the Technical Capability Development team is to develop the full potential of our people through deep cultivation of technical capabilities and enterprise leadership skills. We aim to provide a modern, easy, and consistent learning experience with breadth and depth of capabilities, skills, and proficiencies. This role closely partners with Information Technology, Global Learning and Development, and various subject matter experts.

In this role, the responsibilities include overseeing the requirements and timeline of learning experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to drive process improvements and product launches, execute engaging learning experiences, develop comprehensive training materials, and collaborate with global clients to address learning challenges. Our company is leading the transformation of IT education, consolidating diverse learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning to enhance the overall learner journey.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate meetings and document meeting outcomes, ensuring that action items are accurately recorded and followed up on promptly. Responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams, relying on attention to detail to maintain comprehensive records and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate all learning requirements, including design, development, and delivery requests based on approved priorities. Engaging with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect requirements and improve learning experiences.

  • Drive backlog of feature enhancements to improve learning experiences and curation process to ensure better customer adoption.

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the learning process to ensure a consistent, repeatable, and positive user experience.

  • Oversee the progress of existing learning solutions and allocate resources for new learning experience requests. Skillfully manage team capacity to guarantee a well-balanced distribution of resources among various learning experiences, taking into account both capacity and priority.

  • Maintain and update a schedule of learning initiatives and deliver frequent progress reports to the leadership. Continuously maintain status updates and communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and actively involved.

  • Collect feedback on learner experience and perform data trend analysis to provide insights for the continual enhancement of our learning strategies. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of improvements based on feedback from subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Global Learning and Development to contribute to the development of learning programs across IT. Provide support and guidance to subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout the learning development process, ensuring successful and timely completion of all tasks.

  • Oversee numerous learning experiences, learning platforms, and processes with diverse IT technical experts and the Global Learning & Development team to guarantee a successful product launch.

  • Manage relationships with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure the appropriate resources are engaged to effectively fulfill the agreed-upon requirements.

  • Manage account administration, license allocation, and troubleshoot issues with the learning platform. Maintain positive relationships with vendors, monitor vendor performance, and address any issues.

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • BA/BS

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in project management, product management, or process improvements.

  • 2 years of experience in gathering and driving requirements from stakeholders and SMEs to ensure deliverables align with their requirements.

  • Excellent Influence skills, demonstrating your ability to steer others towards a common goal.

  • Seek continuous improvement in the process while remaining open to better methods, and engaging in hands-on process improvements and activities to ensure project success.

  • Ability to guide team members to execute processes and activities necessary for ensuring the success of the product.

  • Prepared to be adaptable and maintain an open-minded approach towards changes and shifts in alignment with the strategic direction.

  • Proficient in Stakeholder Relationship Management, showcasing expertise in handling and navigating intricate relationships.

  • Proficient in ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail to follow through with various learning experiences and troubleshooting issues with success.

  • Proficient in driving meetings, setting agendas, provide meeting notes/action items to meet project goals.

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding task execution, placing emphasis on customer service to ensure successful completion of processes or satisfactory issue resolution, and delivering results under pressure.

  • Skilled in verbal and written communication to generate, present, and deliver content in English.

  • Customer-centric approach and capacity to adapt and respond to a diverse range of personalities.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Show a strong commitment to taking ownership and being accountable to ensure the successful handling of the end-to-end process without any issues.

  • Ability to conduct and facilitate project meetings, deliver presentations to large audiences, take charge of group discussions, and conduct training or focus group sessions.

  • Demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences across all our learning programs while efficiently running operations and providing customer-focused professional service.

  • Innovative and creative thinking combined with a talent for comprehending user needs and transforming concepts into impactful communication materials.

  • Capability to enhance processes or anticipate potential issues to minimize learner problems and frustrations.

  • Experience with Jira boards, Scrum methodology/ceremonies, and product modeling would be advantageous.

  • Experience in creating content to produce email communications, newsletters, PowerPoint slides, how-to guides, or promotional templates.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:

$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
