What you will be doing:
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including leases, amendments, SNDAs, memoranda of lease, NDAs, broker commission agreements, and access agreements, as instructed.
- Correspond internally and externally with relevant parties regarding matters handled by the attorneys.
- Ensure the information in Retail Manager is current and accurate, as directed by the attorneys.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or equivalent experience in Real Estate.
- Experience in legal or real estate sectors is required.
- Proficiency in computer systems and database maintenance.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word is required.
- Familiarity with Yardi, Excel, iManage, and DocuSign is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess the physical capability to perform all core functions of the position. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
