The Director of Security is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel. This person will respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports, supervise and assist with training the staff.
They will have full oversight of security operations, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, and bringing to life extra-ordinary experience through hands-on leadership with strong people management, communications, and organizational skills. Additionally, they will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Director will also be responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager / Director
- Weekend availability required
- Proven track record in managing and high-volume operations
- Good communication skills and customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
