- The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process.
- This role involves managing a team of payroll administrators, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, adhering to payroll regulations.
- Coordinating with timekeeping systems and payroll software, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Coordinating with auditors, preparing reports for audits, resolving payroll issues, coordinating tax-related activities, participating in system implementations and other projects.
- Providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Must Haves
- 5-10 years of experience as a payroll manager processing over 5,000+ employees
- Multistate payroll experience
- Familiarity with payroll software Vantage.
- BSC/BA in Business Administration
- CPP designation is required
