Overview

Chick-fil-A is seeking undergraduate students majoring in a technical field to join our Spring and Fall 2025 Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) Co-Op Program

The DTT Co-Op Program offers participants a unique environment to learn Chick-fil-A's business, culture, and technology in a safe and supportive environment at our Atlanta based Corporate Support Center. The program is committed to developing participants personally and professionally through hands-on experience, workshops, mentorship, and project work. In this program, participants have the opportunity to explore both technical (Software Engineer/SWE) and functional (Business Analyst/BA) tracks, enabling cross-functional skill development.

This program gives our Co-Ops the opportunity to leverage their programming and project management skills in a real-life working environment. They get to experience first-hand Chick-fil-A's corporate culture and participate in a range of DTT projects. In addition to project work, our Co-Ops meet with key leaders across each function to better understand all aspects of the business.
