




Job Description
The schedule for this position is M-F days/1st shift - subject to change to a 2-2-3 days rotation in the future, dependent on department needs.
As a Warehouse Sr. Materials Handler at our Research Triangle Park (RTP) facility, you will be essential to our Labeling and Packaging operations for bottles, vials, blisters, and syringes, playing a key role in delivering life-changing therapies to patients. This position offers a unique chance to engage in both the startup and ongoing operations phases, providing a well-rounded experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will have the opportunity to develop and refine your skills, gaining hands-on experience during our dynamic startup phase generating processes and procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
WhatYou'llDo
- Receives GMP material using the Warehouse management system (WMS) following applicable procedures.
- Processes Move Orders for MFG and Labs using the WMS.
- Performs cycle counts following applicale procedures.
- Maintains all Materials Management applicable training and required GXP trainings are 100% complete.
- Operates Powered Industrial Trucks safely.
- Apply company policies and procedures, follow cGMP guidelines, and communicate effectively with team members and supervision.
Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or Equivalent, plus minimum of 3 years of warehouse/materials management experience in a GMP environment.
- Powered Industrial Trucks: Forklifts, order selectors, electric pallet jack experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey process information, ability to work effectively within a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

- Oracle - Warehouse management System (WMS)
Physical Mobility Requirements:
- The incumbent could stand for four (4) hours, walk for three (3) hours, sit for three (3) hours, kneel or bend for one (1) hour, is required to perform upper body twisting motions for one half () hour and climb steps for one half () hour during the normal course of performing the essential duties of the position.
- The incumbent will also be required to lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds with assistance for up to 100 feet, occasionally push/pull more than 100 pounds
- The incumbent is required to have sufficient physical dexterity to operate a telephone, computer/electronic equipment, hand tools, forklifts, order selectors. The incumbent manipulates small objects and performs activities or operates equipment that requires flexion, extension, or movement of the wrist; grasping; manipulation using hands and/or fingers; etc.
- The incumbent is required to wear personal protective equipment, such as, safety shoes, safety glasses and/or hearing protection
Additional Information
The base salary (hourly rate) range for this position is $20.67 - $26.92. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
