SUMMARY
Under general direction, provides support to the Atrius Health Information Operations department in identifying strategies and long-term technical direction to provide continuous reliability and availability of critical systems, data and technologies. Focuses on long term strategic technology initiatives as well as hands on application and execution of that strategy. Very strong technical skills as well as strong capabilities in technical writing, security architecture, and technology implementation and information technology best practices will be needed to developing standard operating procedures. Will need to make informed decisions and/or consolidate appropriate information to support informed decision making and being a key contributor to setting strategic direction.
Also functions as level IV Systems Engineer and provides functional and technical support at the most advanced level.
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or relative industry experience. Industry certification such as, CCA, CCAA, CCEE, CCIA, MCSE: Mobility and other relevant certifications.
EXPERIENCE
- Windows Active Directory (creation, migration and decommissioning experience in domains)
- Automation tools (Terraform, Jenkins, PowerShell and Ansible)
- System Patching implementation design
- VMware experience
- Networking Experience helpful
- Remote
SKILLS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaboration, innovation and creativity. Thorough understanding of systems, directory, and messaging technology architecture design and capabilities. Broad awareness of industry protocols and technologies including, but not limited to Active Directory, Windows Servers, Exchange Messaging, M365, DNS, Certificate Authority, SCCM, Intune, PDQ, and other related technologies.
