Our client's Technology & Digital division creates world-class digital experiences across a range of travel, entertainment, and consumer products. The team designs and develops results-driven websites, mobile applications, and digital experiences to elevate guest engagement and enjoyment.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a team dedicated to designing products that enhance guest experiences at parks, resorts, and cruises. You'll be responsible for crafting digital interactions that resonate emotionally with users, delivering solutions that blend functionality with brand character. Approaching design from a multidisciplinary, holistic perspective, you'll apply expertise across user experience and interface design to create complete product solutions. Alongside executing project visions, you'll also participate in project scoping and estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design unique, elegant digital experiences for guests across platforms worldwide
  • Drive digital product design from concept through final implementation, applying a broad range of skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, technology, and consumer insights, to bring ideas to life
  • Guide designs through implementation, ensuring development aligns with design specifications
  • Leverage design thinking to develop products at the intersection of physical and digital worlds
  • Interpret and infuse unique brand elements into high-quality digital experiences
  • Contribute to evolving design standards, reflecting ongoing progress in our approach to excellence
  • Advocate for guest perspectives to align products with their expectations and enhance future projects
  • Support design communication to cross-functional leadership through sketches, wireframes, specifications, and prototypes
  • Design product experiences across web, mobile web, and native apps (iOS and Android)
  • Present work to executive-level stakeholders with strong visual, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Work independently, providing guidance to junior team members and fostering team collaboration

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years as a multidisciplinary product designer with solid interaction and visual design capabilities
  • Experience with premium brands, especially in e-commerce, hospitality, or food & beverage services
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional product development teams on customer-facing digital products
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inspire and inform design decisions
  • Experience in designing for emerging platforms (e.g., AR/VR, conversational interfaces) is a plus
  • User-first design approach with the capability to build interactive prototypes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Skills in motion design and animation are a plus
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful work; presentation of portfolio required

Required Education:

  • 2-year college degree or equivalent

Preferred Education:

  • 4-year college degree preferred

The target compensation range for this role is $56.11 to $62.34 per hour, based on education, experience, certifications, and location.
