Role Overview:
- Function: Work with tour client’s organization to deliver compliant product experiences for a global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systematic completion of projects aligned with CELA/compliance and Fluent designs.
- Engage with Engineering, PM, Design, and other partners for implementation.
Work Breakdown:
- Design Work: 50%
- Meetings: 25%
- Collaboration: 25%

Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years overall.
- Education: No specific degree required, though a design degree is preferred.
- Disqualifiers: Must have product design experience; UX design experience is not suitable.

- Experience working with stakeholders and understanding compliance.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to present past roles effectively.
Hard Skills Required:
- Figma Proficiency: Minimum 2 years with component libraries.
- Figma Experience: Minimum 2 years.
- End-to-End Product Design: Minimum 2 years of planning and execution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-$62 hour an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
