





Description:
As a Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for establishing marketing plans for our beauty client's brand partners that drive sales and grow clients across brands and the Hair category. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will partner with brands to optimize programs using our beauty client's marketing levers.
Responsibilities:
Lead as a Brand Marketing Partner

Act as the main marketing contact for approximately 23 brands simultaneously; fully own the brand relationship.

Develop a deep understanding of each brand's business, priorities, and products.

Navigate conversations with and advise senior marketing leaders on both strategic and tactical levels.

Guide brands on how to succeed through our beauty client's marketing channels, including consumer messaging, sampling strategy, social media, co-op advertising, and creative execution to achieve mutual business objectives.

For select brands with limited marketing resources, provide guidance on overall marketing strategy and resource optimization inside and outside of our beauty client's ecosystem.
Building Collaborative Marketing Programs

Develop strong partnerships and secure brand participation in relevant marketing programs.

Analyze and report on ROI for collaborative marketing programs and sampling investments; use data to make actionable recommendations for mutual success.

Manage Beauty Insider sampling, subscription sampling programs, and promotional plans for brands.

Identify new co-op marketing program opportunities and build business cases to develop innovative ideas.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the key marketing contact for the category merchant(s).

Build and maintain strong partnerships across a highly matrixed organization including merchandising, digital marketing, .com merchandising, store education, loyalty, and analytics teams.

Employ a strategic, organized approach to processes; effectively prioritize and manage work.

Act as a mentor and role model to junior team members and cross-functional partners, regardless of direct reporting relationships.

Skills & Experience:

8+ years of related experience in brand management/marketing within a consumer-facing business, digital content publisher, or digital agency.

Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate obstacles and generate solutions quickly.

Strong presentation skills; confidence presenting points of view to leadership.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.82 to $52.03 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
