The LAN Field Services technician role consist of hardware and software support for workstations across the enterprise. This includes desktops, laptops, tablets, and toughbooks. Responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading devices. Proficiency in Windows 10/Office365 Products/Outlook/Teams. Proficiency with imaging via SCCM. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve any imaging issues for standard PC’s/laptops, toughbooks, tablets, etc. Exercises independent judgment and decision-making in planning, organizing and conducting work assignments. Handle large volumes of imaging requests. Excellent customer service skill and ability to communicate effectivley.
