Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who can support webMethods applications. Primary Job responsibilities include providing production support, ticket handling, SME support, implementation support etc., Job responsibilities include providing on call/weekend/after hours Implementation support periodically.Should be able to support webMethods applications hosted on premises and cloud (GCP). Candidate should be able to independently develop/enhance, triage, test and implement webMethods integrations using SOAP and REST. Should have in depth expertise in working with various webMethods products such as Integration Server, Designer, Universal messaging, MWS and TN. Working knowledge of various logging frameworks and tools such as Dynatrace/Kibana is a must have.
The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be able to coordinate with Non technical and technical teams. Should be a good team player. Should be able to create various support artifacts (Design, Test strategy, test cases, KT documentation etc). Should be familiar with the release management practices, CI CD processes.
This is not a remote position. This position requires the candidate to operate from our office in Columbus , Ohio.
