Web Administrator
Location: Austin, TX (3 days per week on-site in Downtown Austin)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• This is not a development/coding role
• Manage and maintain the companys website using ExpressionEngine.
• Design and create visually appealing graphics and layouts for the website.
• Oversee content management, ensuring all website content is up-to-date and accurate.
• Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance and generate reports.
• Optimize HTML for improved website performance and search engine ranking.
• Enhance user interface (UI) to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to align web strategies with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and industry trends.

• Proven experience as a Web Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in ExpressionEngine
• Experience editing templates, tags, field types within open-sourced CMS programs, specifically ExpressionEngine.
• Experience in Adobe Software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Acrobat Pro
• Knowledge of principals of web development and design.
• Knowledge of website production methods and procedures.
• Skilled in creating graphis and front-end special effects
• Solid understanding of content management systems.
• Experience with Google Analytics and web performance monitoring.
• Skilled in editing photos, audio and video
• Ability to design pages
• Expertise in HTML optimization and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of user interface design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
