Job Description:

• Interacts with the team daily to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Communicates with the team daily to resolve and improve this mission critical capability that has very high visibility with leadership.
• Able to work on a team that supports a mission focused customer with high expectations.
• Serves as a VTC technician capable of supporting the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of VTC suites.
• Utilizes technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and grit to solve challenging operational requirements.
