Job Description:

Position: Cleared Service Desk Specialist
Location: 100% onsite - Ft. Belvoir (near Alexandria, VA)
Shift: M-F 6 am-6 pm EST
Duration: 6 month contract to hire - conversion is contingent on performance
Pay Rate Range: $45+/hr W2

• ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance
• CompTIA Security+
• 3+ years of Tier 1 & Tier 2 Service desk support experience
• Ticketing systems experience: ServiceNow or Remedy or similar
• Must have good customer service skills
• VDI knowledge/experience - HUGE PLUS
