Essential Function
The Travel & Expense Supervisor is a member of the Accounts Payable team and reports directly to the Sr. Director, Accounts Payable and ESG. The Supervisor is responsible for the functional management and oversight of all travel and expense programs at SBH, including preferred travel vendors, travel management companies, expense management tools, and company credit card programs.

Primary Duties
- Set, maintain, and enforce travel, expense, and corporate card usage policies
- Manage travel and expense vendor relationships and related systems
- Responsible for corporate card program administration including monitoring of usage by travelers and P-card holders, onboarding vendors, late payment review, new/terminated employee accounts, and monitoring the rebate program
- Deliver reporting and analysis to support leadership in managing travel and expense budgets and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Review the recurring reports for accuracy and completeness
- Provide ad-hoc reports to senior leadership
- Negotiate contracts with preferred travel to ensure the company receives the highest quality products and services at the lowest possible cost
- Additional duties such as participating in team meetings, providing customer service through training and explanation of rules, policy, and procedure.
- Providing ad-hoc support for fiscal year end close, external and internal audits, as well as other seasonal responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience a financial area as a Specialist, Coordinator or Analyst role
- Ability to comply with all statutory obligations and plans and actions to ensure compliance
- Ability to communicate the system functionalities and standards when dealing with internal and external customers
- Experience with business software, intermediate Excel skills preferred; Outlook and browser proficiency required

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
- The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
- The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
