Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the company's global transfer pricing operations and spearheading the strategy to ensure tax law compliance. The position plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining transfer pricing policies and procedures across the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor and implement transfer pricing calculations as per global tax laws.
• Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies and procedures across the organization.
• Perform periodic transfer pricing calculations, adjustments, and monitoring.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation to meet local and international requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather necessary data for transfer pricing analyses.
• Conduct and oversee functional and risk analyses of the company's intercompany transactions, including ad-hoc requests.
• Train other departments on transfer pricing principles and policies, ensuring a company-wide understanding of these practices.
• Manage and respond to transfer pricing audits and inquiries by various tax authorities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a multinational corporation or consulting firm.
• Expert knowledge of US and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD) transfer pricing guidelines and other international tax laws and regulations. Understanding of both local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in transfer pricing software and tools.
