Responsibilities
As a Fleet Feet Cincinnati Training Program Store Coach, you will assist with running club programs by motivating, encouraging, and always providing a safe atmosphere for all participants. You will work with other coaches and the Training Program Coordinator to implement running programs, schedule events, and coordinate Running Club programs. Our Training Program Store Coach is comfortable speaking in front of large crowds of people, is friendly and outgoing, and promotes positive social experiences for all participants. You will be a part of a dynamic group that builds and maintains meaningful relationships with participants, customers, and vendors. Joining the Fleet Feet Running Club is joining a team and a community that ignites and supports running and fitness through social experiences.
*This person is responsible for showing up to coach program events in-person.

- This will be a paid part-time position. Some responsibilities for this position is as follows:
- Will stay stationed at one location/store for the entire season (only exceptions will be off-site workouts & race days).
- Attend all weekly training runs, seminars, events and race day
- Will need to be available to help with set up & tear down at each workout & event
- Help execute the workouts, events, etc. laid out by FFRC Head Coaches
- Lead group warm up & dismissal
- Share knowledge and expertise
- Enforce the various “rules” – headlamps in the dark, trail etiquette, no headphones, etc.
- Carry a cell phone with them at all times during a workout.
- Stay informed about upcoming location changes, store seminars, etc.
- Cheer on participants during race day
- Time Commitment:
- Weekly time commitment is 5 – 7 hours for the duration of a training program
- Twice weekly group workouts: one weeknight, 2-3 hours; one weekend morning, 2 – 4 hours
- *Store Coaches will not conduct their own workout during a group workout session
