Full Job Description
- Experience in auditing Mortgage loan documentation and/or submitting documents to the county for recording via an electronic recording platform.
- Understanding of mortgage loan documents and the ability to identify recordable documents.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organized with the ability to handle multiple functions and clients in a fast paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Customer satisfaction oriented and driven to meet required deadlines/goals.
- Ability to work independently but also as a team member.
- Excellent written communication and verbal skills
- Title company experience and/or Mortgage experience.
