Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and understanding for various applications.
- Perform technical tasks required for project completion.
- Utilize Jira extensively in a developer capacity.
- Support server infrastructure and understand server support requirements.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technical tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical background with a focus on infrastructure and server support.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different technical tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Programming experience in any language.
- Understanding of APIs, server architecture, and server security.
- Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages.
