As a Tech Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers in the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our products and solutions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving the success of our BA business.

You will report directly to our Support Manager and you'll work out of our Independence, OH location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' building systems, ensuring their safety, energy efficiency, and productivity. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalations.
* Document and track customer interactions and solutions in our support system.
* Identify trends and patterns in customer issues to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
* Continuously update your technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest product developments.

YOU MUST HAVE

* 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.


WE VALUE

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
* Experience in the building automation industry

* Experience in Service Channel and Salesforce
* Self starters with ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
