Job Summary
As an on-site Quality Team Leader you will manage quality control activities for all phases of production, personnel and laboratory operations. You will partner with production to ensure that we are producing safe and high-quality items. You will lead the quality staff for both facilities while overseeing material, facility and people operations to support the food safety programs. You will report directly to the Quality Manager.
You Will:
- Coordinate quality assurance activities including audits, training and purchasing
- Lead the quality team to ensure all needs
- Partner with facility staff on quality and staff concerns and address
- Verify operations control systems are functional and being followed
- Place product on hold, release or disposition
- Evaluate damaged products
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints
- Ensure SPC Management practices are followed
You Have:
- BS Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or other related degree required. Education may be substituted for years of experience
- 3-5 years related experience required preferably in the food industry
- Experience with Food Safety Guidelines/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HAACP Plans and safe practices
- Understanding of government regulations (FDA, USDA)
- Familiar with Fundamentals of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
