Responsibilities

Our Human Resources & Development team is looking for a Leadership Development Talent Analyst to analyze, design, and implement effective leadership development programs and solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement tailored leadership development programs for different levels of leadership within the organization.
  • Partner with HR&D functions and business areas to execute leadership learning and development strategies and best practices.
  • Research, develop, and implement innovative solutions around leadership development, including infusion of artificial intelligence into the leader journey.
  • Utilize adult learning theories and instructional design principles to create learner-centered experiences.
  • Partner with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate and deploy leadership programs effectively and ensure relevance of training materials.
  • Utilize assessment tools to measure leadership effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on leadership learning initiatives.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms to enhance program visibility and participation.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning objectives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications would be a candidate with experience working in Leadership Development, specifically:

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs
  • Expertise in designing scalable curriculum and learning experiences for various sized audiences, ensuring consistent delivery and impact
  • Proficiency in evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development programs using various metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in developing marketing materials and communication strategies to promote leadership development programs
  • Application of adult learning theories and instructional design principles for diverse learning styles
  • Management of development programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional team and senior leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Experience creating long-term leadership development strategies supporting organizational objectives and initiatives
  • Leadership experience
