BAE Systems, one of the world's leading defense contractors and a stable Fortune 500 Company, is hiring a Senior Principal Procurement Analyst for our GOCO (government owned contractor operated) facilities located in both Radford, VA and Holston, TN. The role will primarily support chemical manufacturing and industrial construction related programs at the Holston & Radford Army Ammunition Plants, starting at the proposal preparation phase all the way through contract closeout. The position will not have direct reports. This is a fast-paced position at a growing site and we are looking for someone to hit the ground running.
** Position will not start until January 1, 2025. **
Location/Travel/Schedule:
-Minimum (5) years of direct Supply Chain experience
-Knowledge of the FAR/DFARS
-Experience with Procure to Pay and ERP systems.
-Advanced data analytical skills.
-Advanced presentation skills at all levels of management.
-Ability to multi-task with multiple high impact projects.
-Experience with directing and implementing project plans.
-Ability to develop and analyze reports to support assigned projects.
-Above average skill working with MS Excel and/or MS Project.
-Self guided with ability to quickly identify and appropriately resolve issues.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills -Masters Degree in Supply Chain
-Experience with Oracle, Maximo, and/or Fourth Shift
-Project Management experience involving Supply Chain.
-Experience with wage determination compliance.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $102800 - $174800
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Location/Travel/Schedule:
- Remote work considered/Hybrid. However, it is preferred the successful candidate be local to either our Radford, VA or Kingsport, TN sites.
- This position will require up to 25% travel.
- This role works a 9/80 schedule where you will have every other Friday off.
- Provide Supply Chain support for OSI's ERP Systems.
- Lead the Supply Chain transition to a new ERP and Procure to Pay System.
- Map Supply Chain processes to facilitate process improvement and ERP conversion.
- Serve as the OSI representative on multiple process improvement teams..
- Support Supply Chain Compliance projects as assigned.
- Provide support for Financial Controls Framework activities.
- Develop and implement process for communicating contract flow downs to suppliers.
- Support wage determination compliance activities.
- Assist with the development of procedures to support ERP conversion.
