Duties: Responsible for operational delivery and production support, focusing on proactive monitoring, rapid response platform site reliability engineering. Perform proactive daily system monitoring, including reviewing system and application logs, as well as responding to, triaging, troubleshooting and remediating incidents. Monitor and troubleshoot issues across the entire stack - software, application, and network. Develop automation and processes to enable teams to deploy, manage, configure, scale, and monitor their applications. Identify applications reliability and availability improvements, establish, and build solutions to continue to drive an improved experience. Develop and manage continuous deployment and integrate solutions. Create and review documentation and process regarding recurring issues, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material, etc. Collaborate with Engineering, Scrum and Ops resources to provide technical expertise and support on key initiatives for system availability and reliability.
Salary: $195,000 to $253,000 per year
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Networking or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience. Alternatively, Master's degree in Computer Networking or a related field and 3 years of related experience. . Experience must include 3 years of experience in each of the following skills: Scripting - Python, Golang, bash, and C++; CI/CD - Bamboo, GCP, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git, and Atlassian Stack; Orchestrators - Ansible, Docker Swarm or Power Automate; Operating Systems - Linux, Unix, and Windows; 5Environment provisioning and deployment automation - Salt, Chef, Puppet, and Docker; Infrastructure as Code - Terraform and Ansible; and Public Cloud Experience (1 from GCP, AWS & Azure). .
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
