Spanish Customer Service Specialist 2 at Collabera in Dallas, TX

Note:

The position is Hybrid (1 week in the office and 1 week working from home after a month of in-office training).
This is a HIGH VOLUME call center role.
Bilingual is Spanish is a MUST.

Position Details:

Position: Bilingual - Spanish Customer Service Representative 2
Industry: Banking/Financial Services
Job duration: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Location: Dallas, TX 75202 (Hybrid - 1 week in the office and 1 week working from home after a month of in-office training)
Training Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM CST - Monday to Friday - First two weeks on the job and will need to be in the office for the first month on the job.
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (Any 8 hours between 7 AM - 8 PM CST) with some Saturdays (8 AM to 6 PM CST)
Parking Charges: $9 - $18/day
Pay Rate: Flexible
Tentative Start Date: 12/09/2024

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support Customer Service; proactively seek ways to improve processes.
Front inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers looking for new mortgage financing.
Perform moderately complex customer support tasks.
Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
Interact with client personnel on a range of information.

Required Skills:

Looking for talented individuals who have excellent communication and professional phone skills.
Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
