As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient shipment and receipt of goods within our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing logistics processes.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. Your ability to accurately ship and receive goods will contribute to customer satisfaction and overall business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage and oversee freight shipping operations.
Coordinate transportation methods and select cost-effective options.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging materials.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and record-keeping.
Utilize SAP ERP to track and monitor shipments.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Support in all aspects of shipping and receiving, including but not limited to purging, OP dock/receiving, and shipping.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
6 months or more of proven experience in shipping and receiving or related roles.
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

WE VALUE
Forklift certification.
SAP ERP knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and best practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
