In order to continue our record growth streak, we need people like YOU to join our team! Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Production Lead, who will be responsible for processing inbound/outbound shipments via computerized operating system(s).
Key Accountabilities:
- Receive and process receipts of ware via ERP system
- Maintain an accurate account of inventory
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill orders
- Prepare billing processes and paperwork for warehouse and drop ship orders
- Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse
- Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values
- Other tasks as required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- HS diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Minimum 1 year prior warehouse and forklift experience desired
- Strong computer skills required
- Is detail oriented and able to work independently
- Demonstrates interpersonal effectiveness
Working Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Office Environment. Must be able to occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45lbs through warehouse environment.
