About the Role
Responsibilities:- Lead design and development of JVM-based software applications and developer tools
- Collaborate with organizational leaders and with teams from various departments to identify software requirements and effectively implement solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code to ensure high-quality software development
- Identify and resolve issues within software applications to ensure optimal functionality
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to improve code quality, and mentor and collaborate with other engineers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually enhance your skills
About You
Basic Qualifications- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering experience utilizing Java
- Experience with Gradle or Maven and general patterns of Java packaging and dependency management
Other Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Development experience in Spring and Spring Boot
- Experience with scaling DevX projects across organizations
