Full Job Description

We’re seeking a senior-level Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives for our global retail experience program. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that enhance customer experience, team effectiveness, and business performance across our worldwide retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic initiatives to drive program growth and operational excellence
  • Lead end-to-end oversight of worldwide programs that empower retail teams to better serve customers
  • Develop project work-back schedules, manage timelines, and perform risk assessment and contingency planning
  • Drive program implementation with robust feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement
  • Manage capital planning programs and integrate new initiatives into existing systems and programs
  • Collaborate with Program Managers across geographical regions (APAC, EMEA, AMR)
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to optimize program performance
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to track program success and identify opportunities
  • Define and track success metrics for critical initiatives
  • Design and implement change management strategies

Required Skills

Strong Analytical Capabilities

  • Proven experience with data analysis and pattern recognition
  • Ability to ask insightful questions and derive meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau (viewing/analysis level)

Strategic Mindset

  • Demonstrated ability to create and drive strategic initiatives
  • Experience building programs from conception to implementation
  • Business case development experience (preferred)

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong project/program management experience
  • Outstanding communication and partnership-building abilities
  • Ability to influence without direct authority

Technical Requirements

  • Experience with Jira and Wrike (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Slack
  • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau (user level)
  • No deep technical expertise required

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in senior-level program management
  • Experience in retail operations or customer experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellence in stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and drive programs
  • Experience with global program implementation

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Cupertino (Buck Rd)
  • Fast-paced, dynamic retail operations environment
  • Global collaboration across multiple time zones
  • One-year contract with possible extension to 18 months

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $95/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
