Job Description:
Corporate Tax Senior Manager
Summary of the position:
The Senior Tax Manager will manage the company's federal and multi-states tax provisions, tax compliance, and various tax projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision calculations across US and international legal entities.
- Prepare multi-states apportionment and calculate blended states tax rate.
- Manage the preparation of partnership tax return and corporate consolidated income tax returns.
- Prepare and review of quarterly estimated income tax payments.
- Perform tax research and analysis on special projects as needed.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of diverse U.S. federal tax legislation and U.S. GAPP financial statement reporting requirements for taxes. (strong in ASC 740).
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA is a MUST.
- Big 4 experience is required.
- 6+ years of federal and state income compliance experience, ideally in a public account and corporate setting.
- Experienced with SOX environments
- Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $144,000-$176,000
