Role Overview

The Sr. Director, Strategic Accounts role is responsible for generating new business by identifying challenges that can be solved through one or more of One10’s Solution Areas: Travel & Events, Incentives & Recognition, or Marketing Services.

Growth in this industry requires consultative selling to senior executives across all sectors and solving complex business challenges.   While this is an individual contributor role, you will have the support of Sales Enablement as needed to pull together materials and research to win. 


Scope of Work

  • Leverage deep industry contacts and knowledge to understand the challenges of prospective clients to drive new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies. 
  • Create new opportunities and growth for One10 and attain set objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with enterprise clients using consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Present creative solutions through storytelling and consultative conversations.
  • Drive results by aggressively pursuing target companies with new and innovative ideas built on One10 products and services against strategic challenges across verticals.   
  • Build long term relationships that have a direct, sustained, positive impact on business performance.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, or equivalent combination of education or experience
  • 7+ years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies within one or more of One10’s solutions areas: Travel & Events, Incentives & Recognition, or Marketing Services
  • Disciplined in business management, meeting sales targets and operational standards. 
  • Demonstrated success prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong relationships with prospects
  • Excellent strategic, conceptual, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in translating senior stakeholders needs and expectations into innovative strategy and effective solutions.
  • Understands advanced financial concepts: Income Statements, P/L, ROI, campaign pro-forma plans, amortization schedules and shareholder value from corporate and client point of view.
