As an experienced and visionary Senior Director Cyber Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for leading our product strategy and execution in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity. You will be a key member of our product leadership team, and you will drive the development of innovative solutions that protect critical infrastructure and industrial control systems from cyber threats.
You will report directly to the Chief Product & Strategy Officer, HCE, and you will work out the Atlanta, GA office on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for cybersecurity solutions, leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies
- Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning capabilities into our security products, ensuring we stay at the forefront of threat detection and response
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new cybersecurity products and features, ensuring successful commercialization and adoption
- Leverage deep knowledge of operational technology (OT) environments, industrial control systems, and their unique security challenges to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities
- Build and mentor a high-performing product management team capable of delivering world-class cybersecurity solutions
- Work directly with strategic customers to understand their cyber and OT security challenges and incorporate their feedback into product plans
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond, with a focus on rapid development and implementation of new products and enhancements

YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of product management experience and 7+ years in a leadership role in industrial cybersecurity environment
- Proven track record in developing and launching successful B2B software products, with demonstrable experience in driving high-growth initiatives and achieving significant market share gains
- Deep understanding of industrial domain, industrial control systems, and the unique security challenges they face, including knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders, from C-suite executives to technical practitioners
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment, collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams across different geographies
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred
- Extensive experience in integrating AI and machine learning technologies into product offerings, with a clear vision of how these technologies can enhance OT cybersecurity solutions
- Demonstrated success in commercialization and go-to-market strategies for enterprise software products, including experience with both direct sales and channel partner models
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a track record of mentoring and developing product management talent
- Experience in managing complex product portfolios and making strategic decisions about product investments, sunsetting, and resource allocation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research, customer feedback, and data analytics into actionable product strategies and roadmaps
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
- Demonstrated thought leadership in the OT cybersecurity space, including speaking engagements at industry conferences, publications, or contributions to industry standards and best practices
- Experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry bodies, and research institutions to drive innovation and market expansion
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting for product lines or business units
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard) in an enterprise software environment.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in the rapidly evolving field of OT cybersecurity
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant OT security certifications
