Summary
Join our Managed Care and Eligibility team as a SeniorCare Analyst. You will support multiple programs within our Wisconsin account, focusing on the SeniorCare program. Your role will involve processing and preparing incoming mail from Members applying for or renewing their SeniorCare benefits, working closely with the scanning team to digitize documents, and interacting with the Department of Health Services and Members.
Your role in our mission - Assist in opening and preparing incoming postal mail from Members for SeniorCare benefits.
- Collaborate with the scanning team to convert paper documents into electronic format.
- Provide support with the review and validation of incoming documents.
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs and proprietary applications to manage member applications and renewals.
What we're looking for - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to quickly learn and use proprietary applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a healthcare or managed care environment is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
