Job Description Join a dynamic and well versed security team that provides support across several Business Areas within BAE Systems' Electronic Systems sector. The opportunity to be part of the security team, in one of the leading companies in Aerospace and Defense, offers a motivated professional a unique entry point to work across a broad range of activities supporting a diverse portfolio.
BAE Systems is looking to hire an Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO) to support Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs) for multiple programs executed out of our Totowa, NJ and Wayne, NJ campuses. As the ACPSO, you will work closely with security management and assigned program staff on all aspects of special program security.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Active Secret Clearance (within a 5 year scope).
Demonstrate understanding of the DoD SAP Manuals.
Knowledge and demonstrated application of the U.S. Government security standards.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Top Secret clearance.
Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
Must have a professional demeanor, good people skills, and ability to communicate effectively, and be able to perform in a multi-tasked, dynamic environment.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $69960 - $118920
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
