The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the supervision and training of the seasonal F&B team, maintaining high service standards, and supporting daily operations in both the Pool area and Cutthroat’s Saloon.
This role includes hands-on leadership in fast-paced, guest-facing environments, ensuring excellent service, efficient teamwork, and a clean and safe workplace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the Pool Bar and Cutthroat’s Saloon, including opening and closing procedures.

Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching of seasonal F&B team members.

Ensure excellent guest service by monitoring service quality and engaging directly with guests.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, restocking, and product rotation.

Enforce safety procedures and operational standards in accordance with Hyatt guidelines.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and special event support.

Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications

Previous Food and Beverage supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak season shifts.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, outdoor environment during the summer season.

Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler Safety Certification and Alcohol Awareness Training (e.g., TAM card).

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
