Our client, a dynamic mid-market financial institution, is seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Business Analysis.
As a Salesforce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client's Salesforce platform, focusing on Marketing Cloud and CRM functionalities. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Salesforce environment, including setup, configuration, and user support
Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM to meet business requirements
Develop and execute marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting
Oversee data integrity, compliance, and security across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and business performance
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize the use of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator certification required; Marketing Cloud certification strongly preferred
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM functionalities
Proven experience in business analysis
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, automation tools, and integration
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience working within a financial institution or fintech
Experience with agile methodologies or project management tools
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience managing large datasets within Salesforce
