Daily Tasks Performed:
SPC will be the change agent to help communicate and promote the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization.
As part of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), this person will be responsible for providing in-person and remote Agile training, coaching and mentoring teams and stakeholder
What will this person be working on
The SPC will provide in-person/remote training to teams on how to apply Lean-Agile methodology and SAFe framework to improve efficiency and speed without affecting quality to deploy products to customers. The SPC will champion the company’s vision of the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This SPCs focus will be conducting in person and virtual Leading SAFe course twice or more monthly.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) -
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• 3 year using Agile methodologies
• SPC Certification required
• Experience in information technology and Agile experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban
• Project Management skills to lead, plan, prioritize and execute work efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for leading, actively listening, coaching, consulting, and resolving conflicts with people.
• Highly motivated and customer focused.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Leadership skills required for exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, root cause analysis, problem solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving
