YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 6 years experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operation and management principles and practices
- Experience with / perform product quality testing such as accelerated life testing
- Experience in analyzing product failure data and implementing corrective actions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
