Quotation Administrator
The Quotation Administrator will provide time & material quotes to customer where the service requested by customer is not covered by warranty or contract and enable service delivery to proceed when the quote is accepted by customer.
Your role:
Verify the accuracy of customer entitlement, what’s covered and what’s not
Ensure accuracy of quote provided to customer
Ensure T&M invoice is in line with the actual service delivered and the terms and conditions of quote are compliant with legal requirements
Coordinate the quoting activity to meet required business and customer turnaround time
Ensure the service delivery is released on time when quote is accepted by customer
10:30 am to 7:00pm, Shifts can be changed per business requirements.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 2+ years experience in related field or Education Equivalent and can function independently with minimum supervision.
Your skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines and flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
You're an organized, responsible (respecting deadlines) and can analyze situations relating to customer needs while reacting accordingly in a timely fashion.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $18.85 to $26.92.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
